By commissioning me, you agree to have read and agreed with the TOS. Any infrigement or attempt to smart-arse your way around the rules may get you added to a public blacklist.
GENERAL RULES
You must be 18 of the age or over and a legal adult in your country of residence.
I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission for any motivation.
You must be civil and respectful when contacting me. Do not attempt to flirt with me, my service is only for art and I am not interested in relationships.
I may not start the commission until I have received full payment.
I'm mostly busy aside of commissions ( studies, work, domestic matter, etc ), so I may not respond immediately or draw all day long.
I'm a slow artist and I care a lot about the quality of my pieces, so I do not have fixed deadlines. However, commissions usually take between 1 week and 2 months to be completed depending on its complexity and my schedule.
I will inform you if there is any kind of delay.
I will give you updates regularly during the commission.
I can only do 2 revisions when doing the sketch, more revisions will cost an extra fee. I will not accept revisions after starting the base colours.
I most likely will post the finished piece on my platforms, but you can request to be anonymous before paying.
PAYMENT METHOD
All of my prices are in Euro ( € ). 1 EUR is equal to 1.15 USD.
I currently only accept Paypal via in voice and Ko-Fi donations.
Do not include your address in the payment. This is a digital service, so no physical item will be delivered.

REFUND POLICY
If a commission isn't completed 2 months after I announced that I started the sketch, you can ask for a refund. But you will have to pay for the steps that I already completed.
If you wish to cancel a commission, you will have to pay for the steps that I already completed ( line art, flat colours, etc ).
I will not accept the cancellation if I'm almost done with the commission.
USES OF THE COMMISSION
You may not use the commissioned piece for commercial purposes ( such as making goods that will be sold out of it ) without letting me know beforehand.
Commissions for commercial purposes will cost +200€ added to the final price. If you count using it for such, inform me about it in the form.
The commissioned piece shall not be used to train AI nor aid generative AI-related projects.
The commissioned piece shall not be used for NFTs, or to aid NFTs and related blockchain technologies.
You are allowed to post the commissioned piece on other platforms as long as you credit me.
